The United States Department of Justice’s Office of Justice Programs (OJP), Office for Victims of Crime (OVC) invites you to participate in a Tribal Consultation regarding how current and potential future tribal set-aside funding from the federal Crime Victims Fund should be programmed. An informational framing paper is forthcoming and will provide relevant background and questions for you to consider in advance of the Consultation.

The Tribal Consultation on Potential Future Tribal Set-Aside Funding will be held on Tuesday, August 20, 2019, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. OVC’s Tribal Consultation begins at 9:00 a.m. and continues to 12:00 p.m., with a break for lunch (on your own) from 12:00 to 1:30 p.m., and then the Consultation resumes from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. The Consultation will be held at the Silver Creek Event Center at the Four Winds Casino Resort (11111 Wilson Road) in New Buffalo, Michigan, hosted by the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians.
